T-Mobile: Is the email alive?

Okay, things were starting to get better. That is, several messages were available, and two responses I sent via phone arrived. However, several messages are still trying to come in and not quite getting there, so I'm not sure where we stand. A second call may be in order at some point, and yes, I would like to tell the staff again that phone minutes are not a useful form of recompense or a useful method to harvest customer good will.
